Two statements often used by many MUSLIMS nowadays to ignore advice or correction and continue in their SINNING!
This concept does NOT exist in ISLAM!
I don’t pray but my heart is clean
that’s like saying I don’t brush my teeth but my mouth is clean.
In reality we say if your heart was or is clean then you would pray!
The actions of the limbs are a manifestation of what is in the heart. If you want to know the state of your heart then examine your actions and your adherence to the Quran and Sunnah. And to be honest, sinning and saying . Only God can judge me… is pathetic!
On the day when even the Prophets will say;
Nafsi, Nafsi (Myself Myself) because of the fear of Allah and how angry He is, when the people will wish they were dust because of fear, when they will try to ransom themselves from the fire with their own children you brazenly declare… Only God can judge me.
Narrated ‘Umar bin al-Khattab (RA): He (himself) addressed the people and said; People were sometimes judged by the revealing of a Divine Revelation during the lifetime of Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ), but now that the Revelation has been stopped i.e. with the death of the messenger, we will judge you by the deeds you practice publicly. [Reported by al-Bukhari as mentioned in Bulugh al maraam]
🎍Interrogate your soul Say to yourself, Oh my soul, if you have disobeyed the Almighty while thinking He couldn’t see you, then how great was your disbelief in Allah?
But Oh my soul, if you disobeyed Him while knowing He can see you, then how little was your shyness of Allah?
Oh my soul, Why have you made Allah the most insignificant of all observers?
Oh my soul, Why are you trying to hide whilst you know that the Sky is His, the land is His and the Kingdom is His Kingdom and your body is all His! Where are you trying to hide oh my soul???
WHY AREN’T YOU SHY OF ALLAH? Oh my soul, what would you say when Allah asks you on the day of judgment, was I NOT worthy of your WORSHIPED and GLORIFICATION ?
Fear Allah and make your salah your number one priority,because if you take care of that, Allah will take care of everything in your life.
Yaa Allah We haven’t worshiped, glorified or feared You as You deserve. Forgive us, Rectify us, Have Mercy on us and Guide us to the straight path.
