My brother, I can understand there are extreme cases, but still your peace is at stake. You should try as possible as you can to avoid hostile or violent behaviour or environment.
You should preach and advise her, if she does not listen, you should involve a third party like family members, scholars, counselors etc that she will listen to. When she goes violent, please leave the room. Afterwards, she should also try an anger management course, ruqya or mental health solutions.
When you see that your efforts are unproductive, you should pray Istikhara if you are choosing separation or leaving her. If marriage goes violent, without solution, then separation is inevitable.
