🕌 Beneficial Advice For Jumu’ah
1⃣ Shaykh Saalih al-Fawzaan (حفظه الله) said: “It is recommended to leave early to go to the Masjid on the day of Jumu’ah and when one enters pray two units of prayer for tahiyyat al-Masjid.”

Prophet ﷺ said: “`“Verily, Allah has made this day (of Friday) a celebration for the Muslims. So whoever comes to Friday (prayer), then let him bathe himself, and if he has any perfume let him put some on, and use the toothstick.”

“`“One of the best of your Days is“` FRIDAY. “`On it“` Ādam “`was created and on it he died on it, the Trumpet will be blown on it, and all creatures will perish (prior to the Resurrection on the Last Day).
So send many blessings upon me on that day, for your blessings will be shown to me.”
They said, “How will our blessings be shown to you when your body will have become dust?”
He said, “Allāh has forbidden the earth to consume our [Prophets’] bodies.”“`

Salaf and Friday afternoon
🔸When Tawus bin Kaysaan had prayed on Friday, he would face the qiblah, and he did not speak to anyone until the sun sets.

🔸.One of the righteous said “I did not call upon Allaah between the time of Asr and Maghrib on Friday, except my supplication was answered up”’ until I became shy”.
🔸Ibn al-Asaker said in his book: ” The blindness struck Salt bin Bustam, and his brothers sat down making supplication for him on Friday afternoon, and before the sun has set he sneezed and his sight has returned back to him .

🔸Ibn al-Qayyim (may Allaah have mercy on him) said: ” This is the last hour after Asr , which all religions glorify .”

🔸 Said Sa`d ibn Jubayr, if he prayed ‘Asr, he did not talk to anyone until the sun went down – meaning he was busy making dua .
