Allah ﷻ says about Angel Jibra’eel عليه السلام who had the task of revealing the Qur’an to the Prophet ﷺ:
إِنَّهُ لَقَوْلُ رَسُولٍ كَرِيمٍ
Surely this is the word of an honourable messenger.
[69:40]
_
Jibra’eel عليه السلام is referred to multiple times in the Qur’an, his status was elevated because of his task to convey the revelations, especially Al Qur’an!
This makes him the foremost among the Angels!
_
Allah ﷻ says about Prophet ﷺ to whom the Qur’an was revealed to:
وَمَآ أَرْسَلْنَٰكَ إِلَّا رَحْمَةًۭ لِّلْعَٰلَمِينَ
And we have sent you not except as a Mercy to mankind.
[21:107]
The Prophet ﷺ was elevated to the status of Prophet ﷺ by the Qur’an!
He ﷺ was tasked with spreading the message and teaching them how to act upon the Qur’an, in the manner that Allah ﷻ wants!
_
Allah ﷻ mentions about the Ummah of Prophet ﷺ who are the nation to receive the Qur’an:
كُنتُمْ خَيْرَ أُمَّةٍ أُخْرِجَتْ لِلنَّاسِ
You are the best nation raised up for mankind,
تَأْمُرُونَ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَتَنْهَوْنَ عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ وَتُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّهِ
You enjoin good and forbid evil and believe in Allah.
[3:110]

Allah ﷻ says about Ramadan which is the month in which the Qur’an was revealed:
شَهْرُ رَمَضَانَ ٱلَّذِىٓ أُنزِلَ فِيهِ ٱلْقُرْءَانُ
The month of Ramadhan, in which was revealed the Qur’an.
[2:185]
Allah ﷻ praised the month of Ramadan out of the other months by choosing it to send down the Glorious Qur’an.

Allah ﷻ then elevated Laylatul Qadr!
إِنَّآ أَنزَلْنَٰهُ فِى لَيْلَةِ ٱلْقَدْرِ▪️ومَآ أَدْرَىٰكَ مَا لَيْلَةُ ٱلْقَدْرِ▪️ليْلَةُ ٱلْقَدْرِ خَيْرٌۭ مِّنْ أَلْفِ شَهْرٍۢ
Indeed we have sent in Laylatul Qadr- and what will make you know what Laylatul Qadr is- the Laylatul Qadr is better than a thousand months.
[97:1-3]

Allah ﷻ sent the Qur’an and whatever it was received by became elevated and honoured!
The Qur’an was revealed through Angel Jibraeel عَلَيْهِ ٱلسَّلَامُ to Prophet ﷺ to the Ummah of Prophet ﷺ in the month of Ramadan during the days of Laylatul Qadr.
Therefore..
Angel Jibraeel عَلَيْهِ ٱلسَّلَامُ becomes the best of angels.
Prophet Muhammad ﷺ becomes the best of mankind.
The Ummah of Prophet ﷺ become the best of nations.
Ramadan becomes the best of months.
Laylatul Qadr becomes the best of nights.

As Umar Ibn Al Khattab رضي الله عنه said “We were the most humiliated people on earth and Allah gave us honor through Islam. If we ever seek honour through anything else, Allah will humiliate us again”
[Al-Mustadrak 214, Grade: Sahih]
_
So why have we left the acting on Qur’an and the remembrance of Qur’an behind us?
And then we complain that we are disgraced?
_
Is it not then, the time to turn back to Allah ﷻ before you return to Him ?!
