*⬛What is Sunnah? Sunnah is simply means the lifestyle, actions, attitude, character, way of life of the messenger s.a.w.*
*Therefore those who follow or learn and practice from the Prophet way of life are called Ahl-sunnah Wal Jama.*🌹😎
✅💯 *The messenger was sent as a messenger of Allah to teach mankind the righteous way in which whoever follow will be admitted to Janna.*
😎Since he came as a messenger and as a teacher, he never hide anything from his people.
Eg: he teaches us how to perform salat and other forms of worship, likewise he also teaches the companions how to have intimacy with their spouses and so therefore you and I too must learn it and put into practice.
If we do that, we will be able to achieve the reward of it and we shall be among those who follow his ways (Sunnah).
Sexual intercourse in Islam has it steps and here is how the Prophet indicates it:
1️⃣ *Practice hygiene:* the Prophet taught about cleanliness, therefore before couples engage into sex it’s better they take bath.
Remember it’s Sunnah to bath together with your wife/husband.
2️⃣ *Engage in foreplay:* After taking your bath, you are now ready on the field, but take your time, be patient, the Prophet taught about foreplay, this is to play with your spouse by kissing, touching, hugging, playing with the private part gently in a way it will not cause injury, to arouse each other before sex, it also cause the women sex organ to become wet for easy penetration.
A poor foreplay cause pains to the woman vagina walls.
3️⃣ *Make Dua for protection before sex:* the third step is to make Dua just before penetration after you are done with foreplay and ready for penetration, the Prophet taught us Dua to recite before penetration and it will protect both couples and the baby that may come from it as result of pregnancy from satan and other evil spirit.
بِسْمِ الله اللّهُـمَّ جَنِّبْنا الشَّيْـطانَ، وَجَنِّبِ الشَّـيْطانَ ما رَزَقْـتَنا
*Bismillaah. Allaahumma jannibnash-Shaytaana, wa jannibish-Shaytaana maa razaqtanaa.*
*Meaning:* With the Name of Allah. Oh Allah keep the devil away from us and keep the devil away from that which You provide for us.
4️⃣ *You can have sex in any style you like:* It’s permissible to enjoy sex in any position or styles you like so long as it’s not the anus, because taking anus sex is Haram.
Jaabir ibn Abd-Allaah (r.a) said: The Jews used to say that if a man had intercourse with his wife in her vagina from behind, the child would have a squint.
When the news got to the Prophet he said the Jews has lied,
Then this aayah was revealed Baqarah 2:223
*”Your wives are a tilth for you, so go to your tilth have sexual relations with your wives in any manner* as long as it is in the *vagina and not in the anus*, when or how you will.
*Meaning:* it’s permissible for married couples to have sex in any manner and any styles they like so long as it’s through the vagina and not the anus.
Rasulillah (s.a.w) said: From the front or from the back, so long as it is in the vagina.
(Narrated by al-Bukhaari, 8/154; Muslim, 4/156).
*So couples can learn from the following styles…*
– Husband on top of his wife.
– Wife on top of her husband.
– Husband lying opposite his wife, while his wife lying and her back facing her husband.
-Bending over backwards, while the husband be at the wife back.
-Squirting positions Etc…
Couples should be sure they are both fully satisfied, it’s a kind of cheating if one couples reach orgasm while the other couple do not, so it better both reach orgasm.
It’s advisable that, after couples are done and fully satisfied, it’s better they should remain on the bed, hug each other, have conversations with romance and appreciating one another for good job done.
Couples must clean themselves by taking gusl (janaba) or ablution before sleeping.
But couples who couldn’t perform gusl before sleeping should do that after waking up from bed before praying salat Fajir.
